I Don't Drink Milk
The film is a meditation. It is an autobiographical poem about the disempowering conversations that everyone has created as a response to trauma. How those conversations influence what we do, and how we interact with the world around us. Throughout the film, the character calls out on himself when he's not being genuine or outright ridiculous. He does not judge himself, nor the viewer. He finds compassion for himself, thus granting him freedom from his own ego.
